Environmental Impact and Assessment in Battery Manufacturing
Duration: Fourteen hours across two days including a tour of the line
This course is designed to provide an introduction to what an environmental impact assessment is and how to undertake one using given data. The course covers, in detail, the impact of battery manufacturing on the world, including socio-economic, financial, and environmental factors.
The course will run from 09:00 - 16:00 - Breakfast served from 08:30, Lunch will be provided. Teas and Coffees available throughout.
Course Structure
Delivered over two days at UKBIC’s custom-built industrialisation facility. Our experienced trainers contextualise the learning, linking presentations and discussion with insight into the production process and giga-scale line to explain how to undertake a lifecycle assessment and understand the impact of the battery manufacturing process.
